GET IN SHAPE-BASIC: We introduce you to the method of Pilates using your own bodyweight to gain strength and stability, training on a thick mat for support. You gain an awareness of your breathing in combination with the method. The mobility of your entire spine increases along with flexibility. Sign up 6 classes     Sign up 12 classes

BASIC +: You develop your skills learnt at the basic level and are introduced to new movements as you progress. Sign up 6 classes     Sign up 12 classes

TENNIS: This is an intensive introduction course to the Pilates method for the able bodied sportsperson. Tennis, Padel, Badminton ? this is for your. You learn to balance the rotational loading of your sport. This course equally suits the runner or other athlete. Sign up

STRESSHANTERING AND MINDFULLNESS:  Pilates is not just a set of exercises, it’s is a philosophy, an understanding of your own posture in movement. It teaches you to be aware of your own optimal function in movement, returning your body to the strength and stability of your youth. It enables you to maintain this to enjoy your daily activities for longer, pain free. The exercises are just a a small part in your own awareness about your own posture in movement.

Stress management and mindfulness is soft meditative Pilates movement, focusing on returning to functional breathing, beginner exercises and meditation. This process helps you achieve greater awareness, stability, peace and harmony. We give some guidance words at the start and during the class to help you.

Focused, safe soft movement has a positive effect on both mind and body, cleansing internal organs as circulation is balanced.

The course is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.

THERAPUTIC PILATES

Theraputic Pilates works with your individual specific body and mind problems, helping you bring your body back towards balanced alignment and strength in a holistic process enabling your intelligent body to heal itself.

An example of your therapeutic needs can be fatigue syndrome, stress management, after an operation, and illness.

Theraputic Pilates movement is a proactive solution to various issues.

Physical and mental dysfunctions can be held in the body and pain can be a sign of these dysfunctions, which can have built up over time. These can be caused by an injury,  a structural or functional issue.

Pilates seeks to help these imbalances by returning the body to its natural state of balance, alignment and health.

“We have been involved in a charitable project providing trauma sensitive theraputic movement to people newly arrived in Sweden for the last 12 months. The classes have been very well received and beneficial for the participants”.

You work together in class for 6 weeks receiving individual guidance according to you personal needs.

REFORMER INTRODUCTION COURSE

“Reformer Pilates is a wonderful movement system that is endlessly beneficial for your mind and body”.

Pilates Reformer training goes much deeper than a flat tummy, it strengthens and changes you from deep inside with its resistance springs, stretching your muscles and improving mobility and strength in your spine. You will feel and look different, improving your posture, alignment, strength and flexibility.

The Reformer is calming, giving you clarity and strength of mind, reducing stress and relaxing you, increasing your sense of confidence

You have one body in your lifetime, Pilates Reformer training helps you get the most out of it.

The Pilates Reformer is the first piece of apparatus you learn in the Pilates method. If you like this class, then progress to apparatus circuits where you will be exposed to all the studio apparatus.

NOTE! Are you new to Reformer training ? We recommend you first book a new client private class for safety.

OPEN GROUP MATWORK:: This class follows the level of the participants, and varies in intensity from Basic to Intermediate. You are welcome to drop into any mathwork class 1 time

SMALL GROUP: Groups of 3-4. Here you not only train on the Reformer (the first apparatus in the m'method') but you experience the full studio apparatus as your progress allows.   The training gets fast deep long lasting results, improving your health.  You are rewarded with personal progress all the way.  Sign up 6 small group classes.  Sign up 12 small group classes

PRIVATE TRAINING: Added value class where you receive individual guidance according to your level. A really intense challenging progressive workout. You gain maximum results! DUO:  Train with a friend or family member when it fits your schedule. We also combine more demanding matwork with apparatus training. A really fun, varied challenging class where you will all progress well.

REFORMER INTRODUCTION COURSEGroups of 3. We recommend if you are interested in Studio apparatus training, that you first join our reformer introduction course. We warm you up with basic matwork before you are introduced to the Reformer apparatus. The reformer is the first apparatus of the entire 'method' and gives your body support and fast results in combination with the resistance springs as you become aware of your posture, strength and breath in movement.
