Joseph Pilates, so it is written, developed the Pilates Method for MEN during WW2 whilst in an internment camp in the British Isles.

PILATES was developed by a MAN for MEN - there are no Pilates balls and pink leotards in that picture guys!!

Our 'Stiff Men' class of 2016, together with new guys are drifting back to the pull of the new studio and its amazing apparatus!!
