Our Matwork open class is for you who has completed at least 6-10 Matwork intro classes, is free from chronic pain or conditions or for those who have previously gained deep safe core strength and taken a pause. You train according to your own individual capacity and goals.
Movements come from the entire core while springs create resistance isolating muscles, strengthening and stretching while increasing range of movement for a good stretch.
